Former Papa John’s CEO says he’s had 40 pizzas in 30 days, company board conspired against him

Papa John has gone scorched earth on the pizza company he built.

The Washington Post’s Taylor Telford writes John Schnatter, founder and former CEO of Papa John’s, is vowing there will be a “day of reckoning” for the company whose board, he claims, conspired to record him using racist language during an company conference call.

Schnatter now says the whole incident was “fabricated” despite his confirming he did use a a racial slur on the call.
